• Enquiries and quotation requests — for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and then for up to three years, so that we can handle follow-up questions and repeat orders.

• Warranty records — for the duration of the applicable product warranty plus the limitation period that follows it.
• Job applications — for up to twelve months after the recruitment process ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
